The liqueur comes from the infusion of lemon peels immersed in alcohol for approximately 10 days. During this period, the peels release intense aromas and colours, giving the product its characteristic flavour. The infusion obtained is then combined with water and sugar, creating a liqueur with a balanced and enveloping taste.
The color is a bright yellow, with intense shades and a slightly matte appearance. The strong taste of lemon immediately stands out on the palate, combined with a pleasant sweetness. The consistency is velvety and the aroma persists for a long time, giving a sensation of freshness. Even if served hot, the alcohol is imperceptible, leaving room for the natural aromas of citrus fruits.
