Liqueur obtained by infusing melon slices and subsequent mixing with milk. The product is composed of milk, cream, sugar, hydrated alcohol, sodium caseinate, glucose syrup, flavourings. The melons are peeled and sliced, the slices are left to macerate in alcohol for 10 days to obtain an infusion that gives color and flavor to the product. Very delicate with a good fusion of taste, very pleasant on the nose and in the mouth.
