Tuscan single-variety grappa, obtained through the continuous distillation of pomace from the pressing of grapes used for the production of Chianti wine.
From crystalline and transparent color, typical of an unaged grappa. In the mouth it has a robust and full-bodied aroma, but on the palate it is also extremely tasty and persistent. Excellent at the end of a meal as a digestive.
